12 HOUR PORK ADOBO
Our Filipino specialty. Pork belly marinated in coconut vinegar, garlic and spices then slow-cooked til melt-in mouth tender. Served with native salad and steamed rice.
LECHON KAWALI
Bone-in pork belly deep fried till blistered to perfection with liver sauce and vinegar dip on the side. Served with native salad and garlic rice.
LAMB KALDERETA
Succulent Australian lamb stewed in tomatoes, peppers, chorizos and olives topped with pimiento strips. Served with garlic rice.
